Resort hotel

Simple and lovely campground. Nothing too flashy here, but the amenities are clean and the park is well kept. This is also a great spot to access the National park (you are very close to the National park and beautiful beaches), plus a cafe/restaurant, a pool, and a lovely community (possibility for yoga classes, massage…).

Small caravan park in a small beach town. Amenities are good, friendly, helpful managers/owners. Great general store with the basics.

Normally I love going to Crown, it's something I do often for small family get togethers.I have never found any problems or reasons to complain but on my most recent trip (January 2023) this was not the case.I dined at Atrium for a birthday lunch hoping it would be enjoyable, unfortunately that didn't happen I had a small issue with the variety of food, however this time it was the staff who were not helpful and forcing dinners out with misinformation about session times.I tried to inform the reception staff of this and they refused to hear what I was saying, instead they spoke over me and only after I paid they said my group could stay and enjoy ourselves a little more.At this stage what is the point. I will definitely be thinking twice before I done at Atrium again.

Rooms and location are good. Booked 2 studios under one name 5 days before the trip. Asked the manager why the 2 rooms are not next or close to each other. Got answered with an very annoying attitude, saying that we booked too late which is understandable. We pointed out that we are not happy with her attitude, then she asked us to leave if we are not happy with her attitude. Unbelievable, asked customers to leave with her attitude, and no refund if she asks us to leave. First and last visit here. Very disappointed with Mellisa’s arrogant and ignorant service.

An ideal holiday destination for people that love relaxing in or near a swimming pool or spas - there's an indoor pool, a toddler pool, a deep (1.2m - 2.4m) large outdoor pool and 4 spas them!

I was given a gift voucher for the retreat, I didn't know it existed! It was absolutely wonderful! The massage I had was perfect, and I left feeling so relaxed. I went with two friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We stayed on afterwards for quite some time, just enjoying the peaceful setting. This place is definitely a great discovery, I can't wait to go back again and next time I'll try more of the treatments they have on offer.

Spent a great weeks staycation. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Nice walk to centre of town down boardwalk. Loved the spa but wish the main pool a couple of degrees warmer.

This was our first time not camping whilst in Coral Bay. The location is beautiful and the food and drinks were great. However, rooms were quite outdated. Bed & linen were extremely uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow provided. We paid significantly more than when we camp however would have been more comfortable in our own set up. We cannot fault the staff, they were absolutely lovely.

Staff who working there are quite helpful and friendly. Location is pretty perfect, beach in front of the hostel. Two mins driving distance from town center. If you are young and looking for a place to meet new friends, this is the place to go. Only thing not really satisfy is the hot water system, water not very hot

Looking forward to going. Well now that we have been... It was good. Rooms are nice and clean. Foods good. Casino was good. Didn't spend much time in the casino. Friend's passing thru town so it was a good place to catch up.
