Bayview Geographe Resort

Overall, we had a below average experience. We stayed at many airbnb and resorts in Busselton but this was the worst resort we ever stayed in.When we first walked in, the whole house smelt like cigarettes, the phone was not working , the wifi was not working. We reached out to staff and they came and sprayed the room and they said they will fix the phone but that didnt happen. Which wasnt a big of a deal. However, its the little things that decide whether you had a good experience or not.We could not sleep all night, we heard really loud noises of some animal in the roof/attic. It was loud, it sounded like it’s trying to get out of the roof. We had a really busy day during the day and we were looking forward to getting some rest but stayed awake the whole night. We did call the after hours staff and he said it’s going around everywhere since its winter and he cant do much about it.The next day, we spoke to the manager and they offered to get us another room. Which they did and it was better than the first one. Wish we were given this room in the first place. We were told that the manager will speak to GM and get back to us with a compensation for the first night and its been 4 days and we are still waiting.

Great location right on beach surrounded by peppy trees. Loved the individual villas. Very basic amenities in the room but the location made up for it. Off peak booking was a wise choice.Don't come here for service. You are basically on your own. Had to go into town for meals as only two basic restaurants in walking distance at neighbouring resorts.The free range.ducks and rabbits were a bonus.There are a range of activities which are all extra charges.

Great sized bed (king size). Clean Room with a spa bath in the bathroom. Lots of amenities on site like tennis courts, mini golf, swimming pool, beach volleyball court. All this backs on to the beach which is great for shallow paddling, beach fishing, and watching the sun set in the evenings. Great location for everyone from families with children to couples on a romantic weekend away.

A great place to stay. The room was amazing and the facilities are great. Location is nice just near the beach and the heated pool is good. Nice spa bath in the room as well!

What a great place to stay! Wonderful resort, close to the beach and everything you need. Rooms are lovely and staff are even more lovely! Great value for money. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great service upon arrival. All the rooms/accommodation is surrounded by tall green trees and well kept gardens with lots of amenities. The rooms are all you need for a night or two. Clean and simple. Would recommend bring earplugs as I could hear my neighbours talking/the tv through the walls and at 10:45pm I had to knock on their door and ask them to reduce the volume. Felt so awkward doing so.But other then that, great little stop over on my travels.

Room was very spacious, bathroom huge, everything you could need...great value! Right on the beach, and the heated enclosed pool is awesome! The property is manicured and very well presented.

This is our third time here and we love it. The 3 bedroom villas are great for families. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen and clean and tidy. The kids love the pool, tennis and space to walk and ride around, feeling safe and secure. We will be back!
